Benfica president Luis Filipe Vieira has warned Liverpool that star winger Simao Sabrosa won't be sold on the cheap.

Liverpool chief Rick Parry admits Simao is on their radar, while Olympique Lyon see the Portugal international as a replacement for want-away Florent Malouda.

"We are not interested in selling Simao and will only study the subject if an incredible offer arrives," Vieira told the Portuguese press.

"At this moment we have not received anything."
