Everton are chasing a move for Benfica striker Raul Jimenez, according to the latest report from Record.

The report claims that Toffees have already made a £27.5m move for the Mexican, but Benfica are holding out for £46m for their target man.

Toffees boss Ronald Koeman has already signed two forwards in Sandro Ramirez and Wayne Rooney this summer, but he also wants to add a proper target-man to his side.

Jimenez, who scored 11 goals for Benfica, has emerged as the target but the two clubs remain far apart in valuation as of now.
