Benfica stopper David Luiz tops Real Madrid summer shopping list
Benfica stopper David Luiz has emerged as Real Madrid's top defensive target for the summer.
AS says Real see the Brazilian centre-half as a potential solution for their problems at left-back. While primarily a central defender, Luiz can also play on the left-side of defence.
Luiz's buyout clause is set at £40 million, though Benfica president Luis Filipe Vieira would seek around £18 million to sell the Brazilian.
