Benfica president Luis Felipe Vieira has no interest in parting with Nemanja Matic this month.
The Serbia midfielder is a top target for Manchester United, Manchester City and former club Chelsea in January.
But Record says Vieira has assured coach Jorge Jesus he will not sell Matic during the winter transfer window.
The only way one of the Premier League trio can land Matic is if they meet his €50 million buyout clause.
