Benfica midfielder Ramirez is expected to sign with Inter Milan for next season.

The player's agent, Giovanni Bertolucci, is due to meet with Inter officials this week to discuss personal terms. The move is dependent on coach Jose Mourinho remaining with Inter.

Ramirez is expected to join Inter for around €20 million, with Ricardo Quaresma moving in the opposite direction.

The midfielder's contract is 20 per cent owned by Benfica, with the remainder being held by various investors, including Pini Zahavi and Kia Joorabchian.
