Benfica are in talks with Genoa for goalkeeper Mattia Perin.

TMW says Benfica are attempting to conduct low-key negotiations for the young shot-stopper with the view to signing him for next season.

Perin has also been linked with Liverpool and Juventus this season and famously turned down AC Milan 12 months ago.

Benfica are hoping to strike terms with Genoa and Perin over a deal this month ahead of welcoming him to Lisbon in June.

However, with negotiations now public, bigger clubs are expected to make their interest known.
