Departing Newcastle United prospect Yasin Ben El-Mhanni is attracting interest from the continent, it has been claimed.

According to the Daily Mail, European clubs Benfica and Lazio have joined the growing list of clubs interested in former Newcastle winger Ben El-Mhanni.

The 22-year-old has left St James' Park and is available on a free transfer this summer after his official complaint against the club's under-23 coach Peter Beardsley over bullying and discrimination.

The speedy and skilful winger is also being monitored by Premier League sides Watford and Wolverhampton Wanderers, Championship clubs Leeds United and Nottingham Forest, Turkish giants Besiktas and Portuguese top-flight side Sporting Lisbon.
