Benfica have dropped their pursuit of FC Twente striker Luuk de Jong.
De Jong, who is also a target for Newcastle United, Liverpool and Tottenham, has seen his €15 million valuation force Benfica to look elsewhere.
A move to England is now likely for De Jong.
