The goalkeeper is a top target for Spanish Liga champs Atletico Madrid.
Marca says Atletico have offered to meet Oblak's €16 million buyout clause, with a bid tabled on Monday.
However, Benfica aren't giving up on persuading Oblak to stay for the coming season.
