Bendtner: Arsenal yet to see the best of me

Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner claims the Gunners have not yet seen the best of him. "People have not seen everything yet - there is a lot more to come and when people realise that, things will become even better,"

The 21 year old said in the May issue of the official Arsenal magazine.

"I feel more part of the starting 11 this season than last and I feel I have improved all over my game.

"We had a down period - me personally as well - but it makes people stronger, more determined and focused.

"That is exactly what it has done with me and I have been playing better since then.

"I have never questioned myself and I never will," he said.

"I know what I can do and what I can become, and my only focus is on that. There is no need to question that when I know what can happen."

However, the Denmark international added: "If I have had a setback I would say it was this season when I had two months where I could not score or put a foot right.

"So many times you see a striker play an horrific game, yet he scores one goal and everyone is raving - while you can play an amazing game, miss two chances and you are rubbish.

"It happens to everyone, but the most important thing is that you come out of it strongly.

"The Arsenal fans know my game, so because they know I can do better they get upset when they see me not producing.

"If they see one level and you drop from that they are not going to be happy, just as I am not either."
