Reading striker Adam Le Fondre has won the Premier League Player of the Month for January.
Le Fondre - who is often used as a super-sub by the relegation-threatened Royals - scored five times to boost his side's survival hopes.
He said: "It's fantastic to win the award, I'm buzzing for myself and the rest of the team.
"I want to keep this scoring run going right through until the end of the season. Hopefully we can stay up."
Reading boss Brian McDermott also won the Barclays Manager of the Month award after leading his team to nine points out of a possible 12 last month.
