Released Chelsea midfielder Yossi Benayoun has opened talks with West Bromwich Albion.
The Sun says the Israel star, 33, has had offers from Spain, Germany and the US since being released by Chelsea.
But agent Ronen Katsav said: "He'd rather stay in England."
The Baggies plan contract talks with boss Steve Clarke despite a 'very indifferent' end to last season.
