Ben Davies says his move to Tottenham has helped him grow up.

Davies left Swansea City for Spurs last year.

He said: "When I first came up here it was a huge adjustment, a big change in my life.

"I'd never lived away from home so it was a lot to deal with but I think I have matured so much in the last year. I have toughened up and much more settled now.

"I was all right cooking before. But ironing was the one I struggled on. I had never ironed my own clothes before. So when I came to Tottenham I had to learn how to do that. I'm not bad now."
