Belgian FA chief Philippe Collin expects Romelu Lukaku to start next season with Chelsea.

Lukaku has been a revelation on-loan with West Bromwich Albion this term.

"For me, I see Romelu now as being stronger than Fernando Torres and Demba Ba, because the latter has yet prove to himself at Chelsea," said Collin.
