Beijing Guoan go down to bottom side Chongqing Lifan

Beijing Guoan have had their lead on top of the Chinese Super League cut to just one point. Taking a two-point league lead into the clash with bottom side Chongqing Lifan, Beijing went down 3-2 at Chongqing.

Tao Wei put Beijing ahead in the 7th minute but had his effort cancelled out in the 33rd minute when Chongqing's Costa Rican striker Johnny Lambert scored.

Huang Xiyang then put Chongqing in front and added a third to make scores 3-1 with under 20 minutes remaining before Zhou Ting grabbed a consolation goal for a red-faced Beijing side.

Second-placed Shandong Luneng were held to a 0-0 draw by second bottom side Shenzhen FC whilst third-placed Henan Jianye went down Guangzhou Yiyao 2-0.
