Beerschot AC and Liverpool are discussing a partnership agreement.

After month long discussions, talks intensified last week with a Liverpool delegation visiting Beerschot officials in Belgium.

The proposal includes Liverpool loaning their young players to Beerschot, including African and South American signings who do not qualify for a UK work permit.

Liverpool have been attempting to secure a Belgian satellite partner ever since a deal with RacingGenk fell through.
