Thai businessman Bee Taechaubol is furious over AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi's behaviour.

Bee is angry that Berlusconi has missed an agreed deadline to sell a minority stake in the Rossoneri to his consortium.

The Thai is fed-up and will insist on all previous terms being re-negotiated should Berlusconi return to the table, says Il Sole 24 Ore.

It's suggested Bee's consortium is now out of the running to buy into Milan.
