LA Galaxy star David Beckham isn't surprised seeing Robin van Persie starring for Manchester United.

Dutch superstar Van Persie moved to United rather than Manchester City last summer and Becks says that was down to United's heritage.

He said: "You see a player like Van Persie, who spent years at Arsenal, but when United come knocking you can't turn them down - regardless of what money and what clubs are thrown around."
