Beckham not allowed to leave Galaxy until November

David Beckham will not be given permission to leave MLS until at least November. MLS chief Don Garber has informed the 34-year old that he will not be allowed to leave LA Galaxy for at least four months as speculation continues to circle regarding a move back to Europe.

Beckham enjoyed a five-month loan deal with Italian giants AC Milan recently and reports have indicated he wants to return to the San Siro but Garber has put a lock on that notion.

"We're going to wait until after the season before we get there," Garber told ESPN.

"We've heard from David that he wants to go back to Milan and he wants to play for the English national team.

"We've also heard from him that he also wants to spend the rest of his career here.

"So we're going to get through this year and let the Galaxy take this as far as they can take it and then sit down with David and his people and figure it out."
