Former Manchester United and Real Madrid star David Beckham is hardly slumming it at PSG.

The Daily Mail says off the field, Beckham is enjoying the height of luxury in a £14,500-a-night hotel suite just a stone's throw from the Elysee Palace in the heart of the French capital.

The former England captain has checked in to the 3,475 sq ft Imperial Suite at the five-star Le Bristol hotel on the fashionable Faubourg Saint-Honore.

PSG have given him a £26,000-a-month budget to help towards hotel costs - after the 37-year-old decided to donate his £700,000-a-month salary to a Parisian children's charity - and Becks has wasted no time in reserving one of the finest rooms in Paris.
