Beckham guides LA Galaxy into MLS Conference Final

David Beckham has produced a stellar performance to help LA Galaxy into the MLS Western Conference final. The 35-year old star English midfielder provided two quality deliveries for Edson Buddle (19th minute) and Omar Gonzalez (27th) to score in the 2-1 second leg win to lead the Galaxy to a 3-1 aggregate triumph over Seattle Sounders after Steve Zakuani pulled one back for the visitors in the 86th minute.

The Galaxy, winners of this season's Supporter's Shield, will meet FC Dallas in the Western Conference final after the Texan club got past reigning champions Real Salt Lake in their semi-final.

In the East, San Jose Earthquakes will meet Colorado Rapids in Colorado on Saturday. The winner of that clash will meet the victor of the Galaxy v Dallas match at The Home Depot Center on Sunday to go into 2010 MLS Cup final which will be held at Toronto's BMO Field on Sunday, November 21.
