David Beckham arrived at Tottenham on Monday for his training stint with the club but there is still a chance that a loan deal could occur. The former England captain has been given permission by MLS club LA Galaxy to keep his fitness ticking over with Spurs but it is believed that the North London club are still trying to push through a short-term deal and will put the 35-year old midfielder through a medical.
Beckham has been linked with a spell at White Hart Lane for a few weeks now and it seems that there is a strong chances that Harry Redknapp may get the services of the former Manchester United star for up to eight weeks.
At this stage, Beckham will train with Tottenham until February 10 but Spurs are hoping to turn that into a playing stint until the MLS season kicks off in mid March.
