LA Galaxy midfielder David Beckham admits he fancies extending his stay with AC Milan. The England international is only on loan from LA Galaxy until March 9, but there are increasing reports that the spell could be extended or even made permanent.

"I feel very good here. I arrived in a team that wanted me for years and I play for exceptional fans," he told RAI television.

"I'll stay here until March and then we'll see. Right now I am focused only on my football."

The 4-1 victory away to Bologna saw Beckham score his debut Serie A goal on his third appearance.

"It was a truly special goal, just as it is special for me to be playing here. The important thing was to win, so now we are even more confident ahead of Wednesday's game."
