QPR chief Philip Beard says they're wary of upsetting the strong spirit inside the dressing room.

Keeping a strong nucleus of the current squad will be important and Beard has indicated the club will reward a number of the players who are out of contract.

"There is a real spirit within the club that we want to hold onto," he said. "We want to reward the guys that did it for us this season."
