BBC Scotland has secured the live broadcast rights to four of Scotland's qualifiers for the 2014 Fifa World Cup, reports SportsPro. The BBC will show Scotland's trip to Belgium on 16th October, as well as next year's games in Serbia, Croatia and Macedonia. Scotland will be bidding to qualify for their first World Cup since France '98.

Ewan Angus, the head of sport at BBC Scotland, said: "Scotland's qualifying matches for the major tournaments always attract huge interest. It's great news for our audiences that we will be bringing full live coverage and in-depth analysis from each of these crucial games. And we're delighted we can bring our viewers all the twists and turns from these big fixtures."
