Bayern's Kroos ready for Man Utd move

Toni Kroos is prepared to leave Bayern Munich to become first choice at Manchester United.

The Mirror suggests that the 24-year old German midfielder has told Bayern teammates that he wants to play regularly and is ready to depart the Allianz Arena for a summer shift to Old Trafford.

United are reportedly willing to spend £40million on Kroos, who currently plays second fiddle to Bastian Schweinsteiger, but Real Madrid are also believed to be keen on his services.

The report indicates that Kroos has already spoken to teammates at both club and country level, informing them that he is keen on United and ready to leave Bayern where he first arrived in the youth academy as a 16-year old.
