Bayern Munich refuse to pay over the odds for Athletic Bilbao midfielder Javi Martinez.
Bayern are mooted to be willing to meet Martinez's €40 million buyout clause and table personal terms worth €7 million-a-year.
However, Bayern are unwilling to go higher than €20 million for the Spain international and will offer him a contract worth €5 million-a-year.
