Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has demanded Real Madrid drop their pursuit of Franck Ribery. Speaking with Bild, Rummenigge revealed he planned to write to Real president Florentino Perez warning him not to persist with their push for the Frenchman, or he will take the issue to FIFA.

"Real are violating the statutes of Fifa, because we have not ever allowed them to deal with Franck, or his agent," said Rummenigge.
