Bayern Munich have ruled out paying any compensation to Osasuna over their deal for Athletic Bilbao midfielder Javi Martinez.
Osasuna, which had Martinez as a junior, have demanded €800,000 from Bayern and taken the case to FIFA.
"According to FIFA statutes, Osasuna should not receive money for the formation of Martinez, but Athletic. This has nothing to do with Bayern," said Bayern chief Uli Hoeness.
