Bayern Munich are ready to swoop for Stoke City goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen.

The Daily Express says Sorensen is poised to make a surprise move to German side Bayern Munich.

Sorensen, 33, recently revealed that he had an offer from a big European club and could be tempted to leave the Britannia Stadium.

It is thought that offer was from Bayern, who have now renewed their interest.
