Bayern Munich striker Luca Toni admits he's happy by interest from Genoa.
Genoa have confirmed their interest in the World Cup winner.
“I would like to find a project that intrigues and a team that really wants me. I am not concerned about the length of a contract, but rather the plans,” he told TeleRadioStereo.
“My priority is to remain in Italy and I have many offers, including more important ones, but I would like to stay here.
“Genoa are calling me, but first of all they need to talk to Bayern. I doubt there will be any problems, as President Enrico Preziosi is doing everything to get me.
“It is nice to feel so wanted by a club. I hope everything will be resolved within the next two weeks.”
