Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski has had a pop at Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.

The Pole worked with Guardiola at Bayern.

But, when discussing their winter training camp in Doha, Lewandowski said: "With this camp, we will play even better!

"We will be tactically and conditionally better. In the last two years we have always had problems at the end of the season - even with the conditioning and many have ended up injured."

He added: "I knew that we would have a weak phase because of the short preseason. Now we're improving."
