Bayern Munich star Thomas Muller admits he is close to new Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal. The Dutch coach was in charge of German giants Bayern when Muller burst onto the scene, and the 24-year-old admits he is very close to the former Ajax and Barcelona boss.
"It's no secret that Louis van Gaal and I have a relationship that goes a little beyond the normal relationship between coaches and players," he told BILD.
"[But] I have a contract with Bayern Munich until summer 2017.
"I am really enjoying playing for Bayern.
"There really is nothing better than this."
