New Bayern Munich signing Arjen Robben admits he had interest from Barcelona before leaving Real Madrid.

Robben reckons Barca's rivalry with his former club Real Madrid would have made a move to the Nou Camp "impossible" and says he has no complaints.

Speaking on FC Groningen TV, he said: "There was interest from Barca, but I think it would be impossible to let me go there.

"But that's not my problem and the fact is that I am delighted to have signed for Bayern Munich."
