Bayern Munich are joining the battle for Bordeaux attacker Malcom.

The Mirror says Bayern expect to pip Arsenal and Tottenham to the signing of Bordeaux winger Malcom.

The north London duo both made moves for the 20-year-old player in January.

But Bordeaux refused to sell then because they are mired in a relegation battle and need all the help they can get.

Brazilian star Malcom is, however, expected to move on in the summer.

And Bayern have now registered an interest as they seek long-term replacements for Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery.
