Bayern Munich are preparing a bid for Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
Adebayor is currently on-loan at Real Madrid, but the Spanish giants will pass on taking up the option of signing him permanently next month.
Munich sources say Bayern are ready to take Adebayor off City's hands with a £12 million offer.
Bayern also have the cash power to meet Adebayor's personal demands, which have scared off interest from Italy.
