West Ham United are set to miss out on Tranmere Rovers winger Dale Jennings.
The Daily Mail says West Ham are likely to miss out on Tranmere's Jennings with Bayern Munich lining up a fresh offer for the 19-year-old.
Jennings has already told Tranmere he wants to move to Bayern.
The teen is a former Liverpool junior.
