Bayern Munich are interested in Espanyol goalkeeper Carlos Kameni.
The Cameroon international is off contract in June and Bayern are keen to secure him to a pre-contract ahead of a Bosman move for next season.
Bayern management have lost confidence in senior keepers Michael Rensing and Hans-Jorg Butt and are willing to offer Kameni outright No1 status to convince him to move to Germany next summer.
