Arsenal have been dealt a blow in their bid to sign James Rodriguez.

The Gunners were hoping they could nab the Real Madrid man on a loan deal this winter.

James is on loan at Bayern since the start of last season, but he has barely featured this term.

However, ESPN reports the Colombian star is not in any rush to decide his future.

They claim the 27-year-old will make a decision on his next career move in the summer, when his loan ends and he can go back to Real Madrid.

James has only started five Bundesliga games this term.
