Bayern Munich have held talks with the agent of Pep Guardiola. Guardiola, who is also being linked with Manchester City, has declared he's ready to return to football this year after taking time off following his departure from Barcelona.

TZ says Josep Maria Orobitg met with Bayern officials last month to discuss Guardiola's interest in moving to Germany.

Orobitg is close to Guardiola's brother, Pere, who is also representing the former Barcelona coach in talks with interested clubs.
