Bayern Munich join interest for Liverpool contract rebel Sterling

Bayern Munich have joined clubs monitoring Raheem Sterling's new contract talks with Liverpool. All signs are that Sterling will reject Liverpool's latest offer, which is for around £100,000-a-week.

The Daily Mail says Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are all thought to be monitoring Sterling's situation, with talks between the player's representatives and the club understood to be at a standstill.

Reports also indicate that Premier League giants Chelsea and Manchester City are keeping tabs on the contract negotiations.

Sterling signed a five-year deal with Liverpool in December 2012.
