Bayern Munich are becoming increasingly resigned to losing contract rebel Toni Kroos. With his deal due to expire in 2015, Bayern have been attempting to agree terms over a new deal, but Kroos' personal demands are proving too rich.
The midfielder, with Manchester United in contact and Chelsea also keen, is seeking £150,000-a-week to re-sign.
BILD says Bayern fear they won't reach an agreement and will be forced to sell.
"He is a player we want to keep in principle," said Bayern chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge. "In the final analysis, we have to see if we can still find an agreement with Toni Kroos which satisfies both parties.
"I hope that we will come up with an agreement with Toni."
