Bayern Munich fullback Joshua Kimmich is set to resist rival interest and sign new terms.
BILD says Manchester City and Barcelona are chasing the young Germany international.
However, Kimmich has assured Bayern management he is happy to commit to a new deal in the coming months.
The defender's current deal runs to 2020 and Bayern want to extend it to 2023. Kimmich will also see his €3m salary rise sharply.
Agent Uli Ferber said: "In the summer, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge came to us for the first time as to whether we could imagine extending the cooperation. We got together for the first time in autumn and want to hold another round of talks by the end of the year."
