Bayern Munich president Franz Beckenbauer concedes they may be forced to sell Franck Ribery in the summer.

The French ace is a target for Real Madrid presidential candidate Florentino Perez and also admired by Barca sports director Txiki Begiristain.

Beckenbauer admitted last night: "Obviously, I would do everything to keep him but, if he wants to leave he must be left free to do so. These days you cannot follow the contract to the letter.
