Bayern Munich coach Carlo Ancelotti is wary of the Premier League threat in this season's Champions League.
Chelsea and Manchester United are both returning to Europe's biggest stage, and they could be joined by Liverpool if they win their play-off later this month.
Ancelotti s believes the return of the English heavyweights will make the tournament a proposition this time.
"The Champions League this year will be more competitive because there are some really important English teams in the competition," the Italian said.
"United, City, Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool – I think, and I hope, for Jurgen [Klopp, Liverpool manager] to win qualification.
"The Champions League will surely be more competitive and more difficult to win."
