Bayern Munich chief executive officer Karl-Heinz Rummenigge remains convinced Arjen Robben will stay.
Tottenham and Manchester City are monitoring Robben's on-off contract talks.
Rummenigge told Bild: "I guarantee that no stars will leave. The agreement [with Robben] is as good as signed. Arjen will stay at Bayern in the long-term."
