Bayern Munich technical director Michael Reschke says Real Madrid counterpart Jose Angel Sanchez deserves great praise for his Marco Asensio deal.

The German says he congratulated Sanchez, responsible for the signing of Asensio, over the €3.5 million transfer.

"You have to make him a monument!" he told Marca, adding that he doesn't believe that Real will let him leave for anything less than €50m.

Reschke added: "Real Madrid players have a very special mentality and this gives the team a lot of strength. They have the German spirit!

"When nothing else works, their secret weapon, Sergio Ramos, scores a goal."
