Bayern Munich chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge says they're prepared to lose Pep Guardiola.
The former Barcelona coach comes off contract in June and yet to discuss new terms.
“In 1977, Beckenbauer went to play in New York. The papers reported that it would be the end of the world for Bayern. The club had three turbulent months, but it moved forward. No-one in the world is irreplaceable," the Bayern chairman told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“It's the normal cycle of life in football. Players come and go, and it's the same for coaches. I'm relaxed because if Pep leaves another excellent coach will come in. We'll just have to see what happens.
“After the game against Hannover (19 December) a meeting will be called and the decision will be announced."
