Bayern Munich chief Uli Hoeness insists they can beat Arsenal for Borussia Dortmund attacking midfielder Mario Gotze.
The Gunners failed with a €40 million bid for the 19 year-old in the final days of the summer market.
Bayern are also keen and Hoeness said: "I'm not worried, if one day we are interested and he is still playing well, we'll talk.
"An offer of 40 million from Arsenal? We have already rejected one offer of more than €80 million for Franck Ribery. We are a football club, not a bank."
