Bayern Munich to bid for Portsmouth fullback Johnson

Bayern Munich are chasing Portsmouth fullback Glen Johnson.

The People says the Bundesliga outfit have made contact with Pompey via a top agent and want to be told when the bidding starts for one of the best home-based talents around.

Pompey will look for £15million plus.

Bayern interest in Johnson will spark a scramble - with Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham all monitoring the situation.
